October 03, 2021

In September we organized a learning, teaching, training activity in Sofia, Bulgaria. These three days of exchanges of good practices, workshops, debates and reflections were great opportunity for the partners to benefit directly from each other's expertise and experience, to share our experience and tools. The team discuss topics and themes for which each partner prepare vast presentations:

  • The specifications of an eco-designed and accessible digital project
  • How to evaluate an eco-designed and accessible digital project
  • E-accessibility: the legal framework / state of play in partner countries, prospects
  • How to evaluate the accessibility of your digital project
  • Implementing inclusive and sustainable project management: methods and tools
  • For a better inclusion of professionals with special needs

The partners have the chance to make 2 study visits in two companies:

  1. Telus International (Leading digital customer experience (CX) innovator that designs, builds and delivers next-gen digital solutions for global and disruptive brands). https://www.telusinternational.com/
  2. Neterra (Deliver a range of fast, reliable and secure Internet access and connectivity services). https://neterra.net/

We meet with their representors, which told us more about the company, how they’re doing it, did they have tools that combine innovation with inclusion and improves the environmental impact of digital. The project partners presents the project activities and what we aim, what results we want to achieve. As an international companies, Telus International and Neterra committed that they will spread the information about our project to all their connections! We thought that we gained the multilayer effect – exchange of ideas, dissemination of the project and provoke the company managers to think in a new ways

Despite the COVID-19 restrictions the partners have the possibility to make a cultural tour in Sofia, visit Kristo’s exhibition and other popular things. They saw popular Bulgarian dances and Bulgarians folklore. This way they enriched their knowledge’s about the culture and meet the Bulgarian traditions
