Digital activity
In addition to global awareness, sustainable development has now become a real groundswell, and companies have seized upon it. CSR is now an integral part of every organisation's strategy. CBRE, the world's leading commercial real estate consultancy, places Corporate Social Responsibility at the heart of its relations with its employees, clients and partners as well as with public authorities. Our Group seeks to actively contribute to sustainable development through responsible advice and innovative services, which we provide to our clients on a daily basis, in the context of the operation, renovation, construction and development of their real estate assets. CBRE is committed to achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2030. This goal includes emissions from our own operations as well as those of our investor and user clients through the sites we manage. Every day, in France, our 1,500 employees make this concrete commitment to responsible value creation and environmental innovation.

Good practice
In order to preserve our resources, CBRE has eliminated the use of disposable plastic cups, generalised the use of reusable mugs for its employees and implemented a "zero paper" approach thanks to the DocuSign tool (electronic signature solution) which has enabled us to digitise a large part of our administrative procedures. This has enabled us to save 3,200kg of wood and reduce waste by 520kg.
