Within the company, a workgroup focusing on accessibility for its disabled workers was formed in 2015, resulting in the "LifeChanger" project. Cisco engineers on this project, most of whom have disabilities, are combining different technological solutions that allow employees with disabilities to work remotely, so that they can both feel included in their team at Cisco and work in the specific conditions that better suit them individually.
