The company has incorporated the SVisual video-interpretation service in Spanish sign language in its customer service, both in person and by phone.
In this way, deaf or people with hearing impairment will be able to contact and carry out their negotiations with the company through sign language interpreters.
This service allows the connection of audio and video in real time, through the SVisual platform of the CNSE Foundation for the elimination of communication barriers, between a deaf person and the traditional telephone customer service, through a video-interpreter of sign language.
The customers can download the App that allows them to access to the Emasagra telephone service thanks to the SVisual video-interpretation service.
This application also incorporates a written message exchange tool, so that the needs of all deaf people are covered.
