Here are some actions to put in place when developing your company's HR policy
- Valuing the work of both men and women.
- Have flexibility in terms of working hours for all employees when the position allows it.
- To have transparency in terms of salaries.
- Make managers and team members aware of this type of discrimination.
- Evaluate your team on the basis of skills, not gender.
It is important to note that gender discrimination is everyone's business. Therefore, employees also have a role to play in reporting and telling managers about discrimination.
