What manager are you ?

Learning more about onself as a manager and how to progress.

There are as many managers as there are different profiles. However, we can distinguish 7 typical profiles.

Type 1 The opportunist
Tends to use his environment to his own advantage, refuses all feedback,
blames others for his failures.

Type 2 The diplomat.
Tends to view the work environment in a generally positive way, favours teamwork, is loyal, tends to please everyone, has a high degree of self-control and is concerned about the welfare of others.

Type 3 The expert.
Tends to exercise control by perfecting one's own knowledge, always wants to be right, bets on success at all costs.

Type 4 The organiser.
Tends to focus on the quality of the work environment, focuses on results, is open to feedback, has a good capacity to pursue long-term goals.

Type 5 - Individualism.
Tends not to follow the rules, handles conflict creatively, positively influences the work environment, open to diversity within the company,

Type 6 - The strategist.
Strong conflict resolution skills, brings people together.

Type 7 - The alchemist.
Charismatic personality, tendency to do everything to succeed, attentive person, attaches great importance to the truth, high moral standards, adapts quickly to situations and people, ability to capture key moments in the company and make a historical moment.
